Maintaining Riyadh’s Future

Just months after its launch in August 2023, FAME, headquartered in Dammam with offices in Riyadh, secured key contracts for the new Riyadh Metro.
Tasked with operations and maintenance for lines 4-5-6, FAME will oversee critical systems including electrical, VRF, heat pumps, and CRAC units for the next five years. This is just the beginning of FAME’s journey, as we aim to play a pivotal role in Saudi Arabia’s sustainable development.

Eco2Air® and Open 336

The revolutionary Eco2Air® filter technology turns the Open 336 building into a living, breathing structure, capable of filtering CO2, with a decarbonization capacity eight times greater than natural processes.

Nearly 40% of global greenhouse gas emissions come from buildings, but Eco2Air® is set to change that with its unique high-tech systems. Developed by the Fervo Group, this cutting-edge filter captures carbon dioxide from the air.
This groundbreaking technology is now in action at Open 336, a Net Zero Carbon building in Viale Sarca, Milan, designed by Park Associati.
